Hey Fellow Pastors –

I just have to tell you all about a great opportunity for evangelism.  Your church needs to get in on hosting Hank Hough and his amazing Kingdom Dogs.  Hank and his dogs are the most unique evangelistic tool to surface in many years.  Who would have thought that a hunting dog could hold the attention and hearts of a crowded auditorium?   If you want to reach the unchurched, Kingdom Dog Ministries is the tool for you.

Last year, we invited Hank and his 4-legged partners to our Wild Game Expo event.  Over 5,000 people came through that event and 800 stayed for our Wild Game dinner that night.  We saw over 200 first time decisions for Jesus…and Hank and his dogs were such a strategic part of the results we experienced.

This fall, we are placing Kingdom Dog Ministries in over 20 public school assemblies where they will perform in front of almost 8,000 children.  We will then invite the kids to return with their parents to a Friday and Saturday night Kingdom Dog presentation. These presentations will be held in our church auditorium.

We fully expect to see scores of decisions for Christ and baptisms again this year.  In short, we are captivated by Kingdom Dog Ministries’ enthusiastic, creative and innovative presentation of the message of the gospel.  You will never experience a more clear and touching evangelistic tool.  Your community will flock to see Hank’s dogs perform, but they will leave having seen the gospel of Jesus Christ illustrated in a most unusual and unique way.

Contact Hank today and schedule your event at (281) 351-9094 or www.kingdomdog.com.  My suggestion to you is this: “Don’t WALK, but RUN to the next Kingdom Dog Presentation.  Your church will never be the same.”

It is my honor to recommend Mr. Hank Hough and Kingdom Dog Ministries to those who desire to use creative means in reaching the unchurched in our day. Hank Hough takes beautiful Labrador Retrievers and trains them to be Champion hunters, the uses the dogs to share a clear message of what it means to be a sincere follower of Jesus Christ. Amazingly, the message and demonstration of the retrievers is a visional and verbal witness that captures people of every age.

Children, teens, grown men and women will watch in excitement as the dogs demonstrate their excellent training skills at the command of their master. Each dog is named after a Bible character or verse in scripture and their absolute loyalty and obedience to the owner of their lives causes the audience to fall in love with the beautiful pedigreed champion retrievers as Hank shares scriptural truths.

We use Hank and his dogs at large Evangelistic Events sponsored by the Evangelism Division of the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. The response is wonderful and people always want Hank and the dogs to return to churches for wild game banquets, men’s rallies, events for teens and children, and other events that attract the unchurched to the gospel. I urge you to invite Kingdom Dog Ministries to an event you are planning. You will be blessed, lives will be changed and God will be glorified.

May the hand and favor of God forever rest on Kingdom Dog Ministries.

Jesus’ primary and profoundly effective method of teaching was the use of examples in nature to illustrate Kingdom principles, and He is doing it once again through the ministry of Hank Hough and His Kingdom Dogs. One might be surprised that something as common as a dog could be used as a powerful vehicle for conveying eternal truths, but no one is more surprised than Hank himself at the message that God, without Hanks solicitation, dropped on him at a time when Hank was asking God how he could

be useful in God’s kingdom. His message is simple yet profound. It cuts to the core of the essence of relationship with God – “Maximum freedom is found in unreserved submission to the Lordship of Jesus Christ”. With a disarming sincerity and a down to earth delivery that is more a “living room conversation” than it is a sermon, Hank simply, yet powerfully, unpacks Biblical truth upon Biblical truth while interacting on stage with his “living illustration” from nature – a Labrador retriever who lives to please his master and displays exuberant joy in obeying his every command. You will laugh, you will sit quietly in awe, you will wonder, “Why can’t my dog be like that?”, “Why can’t my kids be like that?”-- Then it will hit you, “Why can’t I be like that with my Master?”!

I can think of no venue in which Hank’s ministry would not be warmly received. He has been widely used in men’s gatherings, is in constant demand in public schools, and relates strongly to mothers raising kids. We were privileged to have him address our Sunday morning worship service and are scheduling him for a return visit. It is with great joy that I invite you to hear this unique modern day parable – “There Once Was A Man Who Had a Dog….”

We live in an age where discipline and obedience are becoming less and less important.  Men want to live for themselves rather than for the God that created them.  But Hank and his dogs brought a fresh and yet simplistic approach to applying the truth about living in such a way that pleases God. His down-home flavor of dog training brought us a new understanding of what it means to be obedient to the master.

More than a year after our event with Hank and his dogs, men of our Chicago suburban church are still referring to his unique teaching.

You and Send Me were greatly used by our Lord at this year's Sportsmen's Banquet. The main purpose of this night was to reach men for Christ who might not otherwise be reached by normal attendance at church. We served buffalo, kangaroo and elk to over 700 men that night. Then the two of  you brought a message of obedience, trust and the importance of relationships. Six men marked on their registration cards that they had prayed to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior that night. There were 90

men who marked that they did not go to church anywhere and we have immediately begun to follow up on them. Just this Tuesday night, a team from our church visited one of these men and he prayed to receive Christ in his home. Only in heaven will we see all the eternal results of that one evening with a man and his dog from Texas. Thank you again.

Hank has spoken to many different groups here at Trinity Lutheran Church.  Each talk has been filled with thought provoking stories and meaningful illustrations.  Hank has the unique ability to drive home points, utilizing his dog’s obedience, and keep the attention of any crowd.  During Hank’s last visit he was asked to present to a group of 200 Junior High students and parents.  He was able to craft his message so that both

age groups benefited from his lesson.  I highly recommend Hank and his dogs to any church group or organization.  His valuable ministry is unique and powerful.  Continued blessings to Kingdom Dog Ministries!
